4 TYPES OF SELA PEPPER

BLACK
Our Cambodian Black Pepper comes from berries that are harvested when they begin to mature, turning from dark green to a light yellow hue. After harvest, the berries are sun-dried, during which their outer skin darkens and hardens to become the black peppercorns we know.
Sela’s Black Pepper has a bold and powerful character, yet its aroma remains delicate. After an initial burst of spiciness, it reveals subtle notes of flowers, eucalyptus, and mint.
Perfect Pairings
Freshly ground, black pepper enhances the flavor of salads, pasta, pork, beef, or lamb dishes.

RED
Our Cambodian Red Pepper is made from fully ripe pepper berries, hand-picked when they turn bright red on the vine. These berries are carefully harvested in small bunches to ensure the highest quality.
Sela’s Red Pepper delivers a powerful, fruity aroma. Its flavor combines the mature heat of black pepper with a naturally sweet, almost sugary finish.
Perfect Pairings
Freshly ground, it’s excellent on salads, pasta, pork, beef, duck, and even desserts or drinks.

WHITE
Our Cambodian White Pepper is made from freshly harvested green pepper berries. After picking, the berries are soaked in boiling water, carefully cleaned, and sun-dried. Once dried, they are placed in a cleaning machine where the outer skin is gently removed, revealing the pure white core of the pepper.
This traditional process preserves the pepper’s natural purity and flavor—unlike common white pepper produced through mechanical processing of black pepper.
Sela’s White Pepper offers an intense bouquet and delicate aroma. Its strong, spicy taste carries notes of fresh herbs and lemon.

Freshly ground, it’s fabulous on fish fillets, fresh salads, vegetable recipes and soups.

FRESH SALTED
Our Fresh Marinated Salted Pepper is crafted from hand-picked, fresh green Cambodian pepper berries. Right after harvest, the berries are carefully marinated in salt for two weeks—together with a blend of secret natural ingredients that enhance their flavor and preserve their freshness.
The result is a unique pepper with a soft, crunchy texture and a bold, vibrant flavor. Each bite releases an explosion of fresh, zesty spice that transforms any meal.
