Simple, juicy, and full of fire. This grilled chicken gets its kick from freshly ground Kampot black pepper — giving depth and heat without overpowering the meat.
🧂 Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts or thighs (boneless, skinless)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp crushed Sela Kampot black pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp sea salt
🍳 Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and Kampot black pepper.
- Add chicken and let marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours in the fridge).
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill chicken for 5–6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and lightly charred.
- Let rest a few minutes, then slice and serve warm.
🌿 Tip
Slice leftovers into a salad or wrap for a spicy, protein-packed lunch the next day.
