Brunch Eggs with Kampot Duo

Two peppers, one egg, and pure breakfast joy.

Brunch doesnโ€™t get any better than this. Just a couple of eggs, a pinch of sea salt, and a generous crack of both black and white Kampot pepper โ€” for a rich, aromatic finish that elevates the simplest of meals.

๐Ÿง‚ Ingredients

  • 2 free-range eggs
  • 1 tsp butter or olive oil
  • Sea salt (to taste)
  • Freshly cracked Sela Kampot black pepper
  • Freshly cracked Sela Kampot white pepper
  • Optional: baby greens or toast on the side

๐Ÿณ Instructions

  1. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and melt the butter or add a drizzle of olive oil.
  2. Crack both eggs into the pan and let them cook gently without flipping, until the whites are set and the yolks are still runny (or to your liking).
  3. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the eggs.
  4. Finish with a crack of both black and white Sela Kampot pepper โ€” the duo brings out a balanced heat and citrusy complexity.
  5. Serve immediately with greens or toasted sourdough.

๐ŸŒฟ Tip

For an extra layer of flavor, try drizzling with a touch of olive oil infused with garlic or chili.
