Sela Pepper Burger

A bold twist on a classic burger with Kampot pepper punch.

Bold, juicy, and unapologetically peppery. This Sela Pepper Burger layers premium ground beef with a generous hit of Kampot black pepper — for a gourmet twist on the classic burger.

🧂 Ingredients

  • 200g ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 burger bun
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese
  • Fresh lettuce leaves
  • 1 slice tomato
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Freshly cracked Sela Kampot black pepper

🍳 Instructions

  1. Form the ground beef into a patty and season both sides with salt and Kampot black pepper.
  2. In a hot pan with melted butter, sear the patty for about 3–4 minutes per side, adding the cheese slice during the final minute to melt.
  3. Toast the burger bun lightly in the same pan.
  4. Mix mayo and mustard, then spread the sauce on the bun base.
  5. Layer lettuce, tomato, patty, and top with the bun.
  6. Crack a final dash of Kampot pepper over the top before serving.

🌿 Tip

For extra richness, add caramelized onions or a fried egg. You can also swap cheddar for blue cheese for a funkier punch.
