🧂 Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets (skin on)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- Fresh Kampot green peppercorns (or marinated if available)
- 1 tbsp olive oil or sesame oil
🍳 Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic, and a few crushed green peppercorns.
- Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish or bag and pour the marinade over. Let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours).
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Remove salmon from the marinade and sear skin-side down for 3–4 minutes.
- Flip and cook the other side for 2–3 minutes, until cooked through but still moist.
- Serve topped with a few fresh green peppercorns for a punchy finish.
