🧂 Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (skin on)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 garlic clove, grated
  • Fresh Kampot green peppercorns (or marinated if available)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or sesame oil

🍳 Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic, and a few crushed green peppercorns.
  2. Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish or bag and pour the marinade over. Let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours).
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Remove salmon from the marinade and sear skin-side down for 3–4 minutes.
  4. Flip and cook the other side for 2–3 minutes, until cooked through but still moist.
  5. Serve topped with a few fresh green peppercorns for a punchy finish.

🌿 Tip
