Grilled Chicken with Black Pepper

A simple, juicy chicken breast coated in bold Kampot pepper.

Simple, juicy, and full of fire. This grilled chicken gets its kick from freshly ground Kampot black pepper — giving depth and heat without overpowering the meat.

🧂 Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts or thighs (boneless, skinless)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp crushed Sela Kampot black pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp sea salt

🍳 Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and Kampot black pepper.
  2. Add chicken and let marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours in the fridge).
  3. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill chicken for 5–6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and lightly charred.
  4. Let rest a few minutes, then slice and serve warm.
